Do you offer a meet and greet? +
Yes — and it's completely free. Before any service starts, we schedule a meet and greet so your dog can get comfortable with their walker and we can learn their routine, quirks, and favorite treats. No commitment required.
What payments do you accept? +
We keep it simple — pay whichever way is easiest for you. Weekly packs are paid at the start of each week; single walks and overnights are due at time of service.

What do you require before the first visit? +
Three things: a completed free meet and greet, proof of up-to-date rabies vaccination, and an access plan for your home — a spare key, fob, lockbox, or door code. We log and secure all keys with coded tags that never include your address.
Do you offer doggy daycare? +
We offer something better for many dogs: a flexible dog daycare alternative. Combine drop-in visits with 60-minute adventure walks for full-day coverage in your own home — all the exercise and company of daycare without the stress of a crowded facility.
What's your cancellation policy? +
Same-day cancellations are charged full price, so please cancel or reschedule the day before whenever possible. Overnight care requires 48 hours notice.
Will my dog have the same walker every time? +
Weekly Pack clients get a dedicated walker. For single walks we match the same walker whenever possible, and every walker on our team is introduced to your dog before their first solo visit.
What happens in bad weather? +
Walks happen rain or shine! In rough weather, walking time may be shortened and we can add some indoor playtime depending on the schedule — and we always keep you posted.
